Ashley Wood-Suszko, senior manager, health and well-being, project lead, Purolator Inc.

Ashley Wood-Suszko is the project lead of Purolator Health at Purolator Incorporated, where she leads enterprise-wide strategy focused on mental health, psychological safety and holistic employee well-being. She has designed and implemented large-scale, evidence-informed programs that integrate evaluation, organizational change and leadership engagement to drive measurable outcomes.

Wood-Suszko is a PhD candidate in public health sciences at the University of Waterloo, with expertise in mixed methods evaluation and participatory approaches to workplace health. She is a research advisory board member with the Conference Board of Canada, contributing strategic insight on sustainable mental health and workforce well-being practices across industries.

Her work bridges research and practice, helping organizations strengthen culture, improve health outcomes and demonstrate the business value of investing in people.
