Mikaella Hofmann Azerad is a workplace health and psychological advisor with more than 15 years of experience in group and disability insurance.

She ensures the implementation of best practices through the rollout of Beneva’s psychological health and well-being framework program for clients in the collective sector.

In her role, Azerad is a key contributor to monitoring committees in disability trends, offering tailored support in implementing best practices in attendance management within organizations, as well as promoting and supervising assistance programs.

She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Montreal. Perfectly bilingual, she’s passionate about psychological health and has a strong desire to create preventive interventions that have a real impact on plan sponsors and their employees.
