Frances Policarpio is the head of total rewards at Wealthsimple, where she helps design compensation and benefits that are built like products — thoughtful, competitive and grounded in what people actually value. With more than a decade of experience in total rewards, Policarpio leads the strategy and execution of Wealthsimple’s compensation and benefits programs, supporting teams as the company scales. Before joining Wealthsimple, she spent more than 10 years at Mercer, where she advised companies on executive and workforce compensation, incentive design and pay governance.
