Jimmy Carbonneau, national director, group retirement, group insurance and group annuity plans advisor, AGA Benefit Solutions

In 2022, Jimmy Carbonneau joined AGA Benefit Solutions where he leads the national group retirement practice. He brings more than 25 years of experience in pension plans. Carbonneau has a bachelor’s degree from York University Glendon Campus. He started his pension career at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and worked as a consultant for a large actuarial firm and two insurance companies before joining AGA. He has extensive pension experience and has developed an acute expertise in the selection, design and implementation of pension plans. Carbonneau provides his clients with both expertise and insight on their employee benefits.
