René Beaudoin returns to Mercer as global health delivery leader

Mercer has named René Beaudoin global health delivery leader, part of its retirement, health and benefits leadership teams. He will be based in the Toronto office.

Beaudoin has 25 years of business leadership experience with knowledge of various plans, including defined benefit, defined contribution, health and welfare, disability and employee assistance programs.

Prior to this appointment, Beaudoin served as executive vice-president for the U.S. region as well as chief technology officer with Morneau Shepell. Previously, he held several leadership roles in Mercer’s Canadian business, including on Canada’s Eastern Region outsourcing and national technology teams.

“René is a versatile leader who has built a prestigious career by developing and implementing sustainable business transformation and growth initiatives,” said Ken Haderer, chief executive officer of Mercer Services Global Health Delivery.
