Sun Life Financial has appointed Marilee Mark as vice-president, product and integrated health solutions and Wayne Millar as vice-president, marketing and digital solutions. Both appointments are in the organization’s group benefits team.
Mark joined Sun Life as vice-president of market development in 2013. She was responsible for the company’s group benefits market strategies, including communications. In the new role, she will be responsible for product development and the integrated health solutions’ portfolio of programs and services.

Millar joined Sun Life in 1989 and has held a variety of operational, strategic and assistant vice-president roles within the company’s enterprise services and group benefits teams. He has also worked in Sun Life’s businesses in the U.S., Britain, India and Asia.
In the new role, Millar will be responsible for both marketing communications and driving digital solutions.
