Sun Life Financial has appointed Rachel McNeill-Thompson as assistant vice-president of marketing and communications and Jean-Michel Lavoie as assistant vice-president of product development in its group benefits team.
Since joining Sun Life in 2012, McNeill-Thompson has held a number of roles, including assistant vice-president of marketing and communications for group retirement services and director of corporate accounts marketing in group benefits. Prior to joining Sun Life, she held positions at Manulife Financial and RBC Insurance.
Lavoie has been with Sun Life since 2013, previously as director of pharmaceutical benefits. Prior to joining the organization, he held a range of roles at Pfizer Canada.
