Cira Medical Services has launched Health Assess, which is designed to support medical conditions in the workplace through expert diagnosis and clinical consultation.
The service offers independent medical assessments to diagnose health issues, as well as followup support to facilitate and encourage ongoing treatment and recovery for identified conditions.
While managing employees affected by a particular physical or mental health condition is often challenging in its own right, it becomes far more difficult to effectively navigate a return to function pathway when two or more conditions co-exist or develop over time.
“Adequately addressing health issues in the workplace requires a well-planned comprehensive multidisciplinary approach focused on developing an accurate clinical understanding of the circumstances of an employee’s health and its broader impact in the employee’s home and workplace environments,” says Dr. Avi Orner, medical director of Cira Medical Services.
