More Canadian employers are offering their staff unlimited vacation time, according to an article on Notable.ca.
The latest employer to follow the trend is Miovision, a traffic management company based in Waterloo, Ont., which has followed the lead of Vancouver-based BuildDirect.

But some companies that originally offered unlimited vacation haven’t been able to keep the benefit in place, according to the article. Crowdfunding website Kickstarter had to revert back to fixed vacation days in 2015 because the policy left staff feeling uneasy about taking days off.
