With more than 30 years of experience in leadership and employee benefits, Alana Shearer-Kleefeld is the vice-president of employee benefits at 3sHealth. Shearer-Kleefeld and her team serve the Saskatchewan health-care system by administering the employee benefit plans for 44,000 health-care employees and 15,000 retirees across the province. She is a certified lean leader and holds industry related certifications from Dalhousie University, Humber College and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits. She is passionate about education and served for 11 years on the Canadian Pension & Benefits Institute Saskatchewan Regional Council.
