Wrap up your nominations – for your organization or another worthy employer – by June 30, 2016, when the Benefits Canada‘s 2016 Workplace Benefits Awards closes to entries.

There are a number of categories to choose from, including four new ones for this year’s awards: decumulation strategy, member education, pension innovation and strategic partnership in drug management.

Previous winners and finalists have seen the award as an incentive or inspiration to boost their programs even further in the subsequent year. Halifax-based IWK Health Centre, for instance, introduced a range of new initiatives around its employees’ mental, physical and financial well-being after winning in 2015.
