Etsy will make additional changes in 2019, following feedback from employees, noted a blog post by Raina Moskowitz, its senior vice-president of people, strategy and services. We’ve already heard from employees how excited they are about these new benefits and we’re thrilled to give employees various ways to care for themselves and their families,” she wrote.

Currently, the organization offers 26 weeks of parental leave, a paid sabbatical program and employee health insurance with no monthly premiums. These benefits help Etsy with attraction and retention, as well as with rewarding employees and supporting them throughout various life stages, noted Moskowitz.
