Great-West Life Capital Trust, a trust established by The Great-West Life Assurance Company and subsidiary of Great-West Lifeco Inc., has announced that it intends to redeem all of its outstanding $350 million principal amount Great-West Life Trust Securities – Series A (the “GREATs Series A”) on Dec. 31, 2012 at a redemption price equal to $1,000 plus any unpaid indicated yield to the date of redemption.
Notice of the redemption will be sent to holders of the GREATs Series A in accordance with the Great-West Life Capital Trust declaration of trust.
