Hub International Ltd. is acquiring Vancouver’s Rogersworks Inc.
Rogersworks is an independent benefits brokerage firm specializing in employee group benefits and association group benefits. John Ash, benefits consultant and a partner at the company, will join Hub Coastal.

This is the latest of a string of Canadian benefits providers and consulting firms that Hub International has acquired recently.
This April, it acquired Calgary-based Wessex Financial Inc. And in February 2020, the organization acquired Edmonton-based Benefex Consulting Inc., Quebec-based Azur Consulting Services Inc., and in June, it acquired Toronto-based Usefulideas and HB Consultants. In March of last year, Hub International also purchased Morneau Shepell Ltd.’s (now LifeWorks Inc.) benefits consulting business and, in October, the company acquired Edmonton-based Clearpoint Benefits Solutions.
