Jane Ambachtsheer has been appointed to the Ontario Securities Commission’s (OSC) investor advisory panel.
She will continue in her role as a partner and global head of responsible investment at Mercer during her two-year term.
“I’m looking forward to engaging with the panel on issues that are important to Ontarians,” says Ambachtsheer.
The panel comments on OSC proposals (including rules, policies and the annual statement of priorities), brings forward policy issues for consideration and advises on the effectiveness of the OSC’s investor protection initiatives.
