Manulife Financial has appointed Donna Carbell as senior vice-president of its group benefits team and Brett Marchand as senior vice-president of its group retirement solutions team.
With several years of experience on Manulife’s group benefits team, Carbell’s previous roles include assistant vice-president of health and dental operations; vice-president of life, disability and absence management; and senior vice-president, customer experience.
Marchand was previously vice-president, distribution, group benefits and retirement solutions. The role included responsibility for sales and client management as well as supporting and developing relationships with advisors, brokers and consultants across Canada.
