William McDonnell has joined Leon Frazer & Associates as vice-president of institutional marketing and client service.
He has more than 35 years of experience in the consulting and investment industries.
Prior to joining Leon Frazer, McDonnell was director of The McDonnell Network.
He has also worked at a variety of investment and consulting firms over the course of his career, including Jones Heward Investment Counsel (now BMO Global Asset Management), Aetna Capital Management, The Wyatt Company (now Towers Watson) and Hewitt Associates (now Aon Hewitt).
