Pal Benefits is kicking off its 18th year in business with a new name and look. The company is now called Accompass.
“The name Accompass represents how we accompany them at every step, what we accomplish together and how all-encompassing our approach is,” says founder and CEO Michael Worb.
The company says the rebrand is the result of a one-year process of discovery that included in-depth third-party interviews with dozens of clients and partners, as well as with each of the firm’s several dozen employees.
Over the course of months, staff collaborated to crystallize the values that have defined the firm since its founding. The final phase of the process saw the engagement of Viva & Co., a Toronto-based design and branding firm.
