PPI Benefits acquires Calgary health services company

Employee benefits company PPI Benefits has acquired a majority share in CustomCare, a private health services plan provider based in Calgary.

CustomCare co-founder David Udy will serve as director, and the organization will continue to operate under its current name.

CustomCare currently works with 6,000 small businesses in Canada.
