IA Clarington Investments has hired Jeff Sujitno as a vice-president and portfolio manager.
“Jeff’s hiring further strengthens our capabilities in the large and growing market for income mandates,” says the company’s president, David Scandiffio. “We are extremely pleased to add a talented money manager like Jeff to our team.”
In his most recent role, Sujitno was lead portfolio manager for the fixed income and credit mandates of boutique Canadian investment firm Hesperian Capital Management. In this position, he managed several funds, led the fixed income team and created the firm’s senior loan business.
Prior to this, Sujitno managed institutional funds investing in mezzanine loans and private equity on behalf of Canada’s largest pension plans.
