PBI has hired two senior consulting actuaries, Cynthia L. (Cindy) Rynne and H. Clare Pitcher, to manage its new Toronto office.
Rynne previously worked as a senior consulting actuary with a major North American actuarial firm where she was account executive to a wide variety of clients, including large public sector and multi-employer pension plans (MEPPs).
Pitcher was previously the national retirement practice leader with a major actuarial consulting firm and has served as the actuary to a number of the largest pension plans in Canada, including the two largest private sector Canadian MEPPs.
