The Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan is appointing Tim Deacon (pictured) to succeed David McGraw as the plan’s new chief financial officer, effective April 19.

He joins the Ontario Teachers’ after serving as group controller and global chief accounting officer at Manulife Financial Corp. He’s also served as a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the global capital markets group based in Toronto and London.
