Green Shield Holdings Inc. (GSH), a member of the Green Shield group of companies, is pleased to announce Aamir Mian as the new Senior Vice President, Benefits Administration and Technology, with a focus on growth in the broader Benefits Administration market.
In this role, Aamir will take the lead in expanding GSH’s distribution channels and administration products and services. Through fostering of existing and new key partnerships, he will further develop GSH’s recently acquired technology from Computer Workware (CWI), namely Flex Admin, Hourbank, as well as Traditional and Trust Administration capabilities, to enhance its existing digital delivery at the quoting, eligibility, onboarding, administration, and processing stages. Aamir will manage the CWI team and lead strategy, sales and operations for the expanded Administrative offerings.
Aamir brings over 20 years of benefits management experience, most recently with ADP Canada where he was Group Vice President, Human Resources Outsourcing. Prior to that, he held senior positions at Conduent (Xerox), Aon Hewitt, and Morneau Shepell. Aamir’s leadership in building great teams, establishing deep client relationships, and delivering best-in-class client-centric administrative solutions makes him the ideal fit for this important role.
