The Standing Committee on Social Policy is expected to meet next week to consider Bill 57, An Act to create a framework for pooled registered pension plans (PRPPs), and to make consequential amendments to other acts.
The committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on April 27 and April 28.

People who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 57 should contact the clerk of the committee as soon as possible. Presentations will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the bill may send written submissions to the clerk of the committee by 6:00 p.m. on April 28.
