Past winners of the honour come from a wide range of industries and include Air Canada, CIBC, Ericcson Canada, The Hospital for Sick Children, Rogers Communication and the Government of Yukon.
Employers that are interested in applying for the 2017 competition can complete a single application to be considered nationally, or 19 other regional and special-interest competitions that the organization manages.
The deadline to submit completed applications is April 22, 2016.

The winners of the national competition will be announced in the fall in a special magazine within The Globe and Mail. The winners of the regional and special-interest competitions will be announced afterwards by Canada’s Top Employers’ newspaper and magazine partners.
The organization is hosting a series of free webinars and in-person information sessions to answer questions on this year’s application and the competition.
