Using analytics from eVestment (a provider of institutional investment data), the new offering follows the progress of managers based on various factors, such as investment process, risk management, performance and fees. The new tool is available to all Aon Hewitt investment consulting clients.

CERIDIAN recently launched Dayforce Go, a new version of the company’s human capital management solution tailored specifically for small and medium-sized businesses. Dayforce Go offers two options: one is HR; the other one is payroll, time and attendance. The first option has benefits added. A cloudbased single application, Dayforce Go provides realtime access to workforce data.

HYPERTENSION CANADA recently introduced The 4 STAR Food Environment Program, a free tool to help companies offer healthy eating environments. Employers can get started by doing an online survey to receive a star rating on their food environment. Based on the results, they receive recommendations on menu changes, choice of vendors and implementation timelines.

Belonging to an outdoor walking group brings surprising benefits. That’s the conclusion of a recent study by the University of East Anglia in the U.K. At the end of the study, the 1,843 outdoor walking group participants saw significant reductions in blood pressure, resting heart rate, total cholesterol, body fat and body mass index. Participants also experienced psychological improvements, such as lower depression scores.

Encourage your employees to take a walk outside as a group during lunch. And the next time you have an off-site work meeting, just get out and take a walk.
