Xerox has partnered Evive Health to add more predictive analytics to its interactive suite of healthcare solutions, RightOpt, enabling employers to strengthen their well-being programs through personalized communications.

Evive Health will combine employer data, claims data, benefits information, analytics and psychographics to prioritize and deliver personalized messages to RightOpt’s enrollees. The system continuously monitors what works from an employer goal perspective, while assessing what is needed for specific employees.

“When companies send mass-market communications to employees, engagement tends to be low,” said Scott Rabin, national practice leader, health exchange solutions at Xerox HR Services.

“But if companies take the time to focus their messages and deliver them in a way that is relevant to the individual, addressing personal priorities based on integrated data, that individual is more likely to take positive actions in his or her well-being.”

Evive Health’s system will be fully operational in the RightOpt exchange in the second half of 2016.
