Aviva Investors has announced that Jean-Francois Milette has joined as managing director, institutional sales.
In this role, he will be responsible for Aviva Investors’ business development activities in Canada. He will be based in Toronto at the headquarters of Aviva Investors Canada.
“Jean-Francois brings a wealth of relationships and experience to Aviva Investors, including a long and successful track record in the asset management industry,” says Rob Ranges, head of business development for Aviva Investors Americas. “We are very excited to have Jean-Francois join our Americas business development team and represent our global investment capabilities in Canada.”
Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Milette was an associate partner with Aon Hewitt, responsible for business development and expansion of its investment consulting practice across Canada. He also headed fund management selection on Aon Hewitt’s delegated platform.
Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, Milette held senior positions at bfinance, Dexia Asset Management, MFC Global Investment Management and SEI Investments in Montreal.
