Celebrate National Employee Benefits Day

The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) is once again leading the celebrations for the annual National Employee Benefits Day.

Celebrated each year on April 2, the day recognizes trustees, administrators, corporate benefits practitioners and professional advisors for their hard work and dedication in providing quality employee benefits.

Employers are encouraged to involve their employees in the celebration by reviewing the benefits offered by their organization to increase awareness and understanding.

This year, the focus of National Employee Benefits Day is to increase awareness of the retirement crisis and to help plan sponsors motivate participants to actively engage in their financial wellness.

To help make financial wellness more urgent for your participants, the IFEBP has created a number of resources on its website that will help cut through the clutter and provide simple tools to get them thinking about their future.

National Employee Benefits Day was created in 2004 by the International Foundation and is celebrated annually each April in the United States and Canada.
