Morneau Shepell Inc. has acquired one of Quebec’s largest employee assistance program (EAP) providers: Jacques Lamarre & Associates and Parcours d’enfant. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to Morneau Shepell.

Jacques Lamarre & Associates specializes in assistance programs, crisis management and organizational intervention. Parcours d’enfant offers a multi-disciplinary approach to identifying, assessing, and assisting children and adolescents, focusing on cognitive, language, motor, social and emotional development.
