As part of a recent closed transaction in which Ceridian acquired most of the assets of RelatedMatters, Inc., the two co-founders of the startup have joined the Ceridian senior executive team.
RelatedMatters launched a team relatability solution to develop thriving relationships among employees and help organizations build better cultures. The solution, named TeamRelate, provides assessment information and practical coaching, helping colleagues communicate and collaborate effectively.
Jon Harris joins Ceridian as senior vice-president, RelatedMatters. He’s responsible for the delivery of the relatability solution to market.
Ted Malley joins Ceridian as senior vice-president, product evangelism. He will contribute to thought leadership and business advancement and will lead in the development of content strategies that drive internal and external messaging in a variety of mediums for all target audiences.
