How companies improve work-life balance

To encourage a healthy work-life balance, some companies lead by example or lock the doors, reports Canadian Business.

“Employees don’t have to stop working, but they can’t stay at the office,” the magazine reports. “It’s one way Patagonia signals to staff that while they’re free to set their own hours, they shouldn’t be excessive.”
