Mercer has appointed Jamie Farrell as a principal in its Toronto health and benefits practice.
Farrell previously spent nearly eight years at Rogers Communications, most recently as director of benefit and investment programs.

Prior to joining Rogers, he was director of benefits at Loblaw Companies Ltd., a senior associate at Mercer and a senior consultant at Morneau Sobeco (now Morneau Shepell).
