Ontario Teachers’ appoints chief people officer

Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan has appointed Beth Tyndall as chief people officer.

 

Tyndall joins Ontario Teachers’ after more than a decade at Deloitte, where she was most recently associate partner and national talent leader for the organization’s audit and consulting businesses. Prior to that role, she was national talent leader for Deloitte’s tax business.

 

While at Deloitte, Tyndall launched its first global staff mobility centre of expertise. Her roles also included talent strategy design and execution, diversity and inclusion, mergers and acquisitions, leadership development, strategic change, performance management, compensation and culture change.
