Amy Ferguson has been appointed to lead this expanded mandate as Vice-President, Group Benefits and Retirement Savings Business Development. Since 2022, Amy has served as Vice-President of Group Benefits Business Development, where she played a pivotal role in driving national growth and strengthening Desjardins’s market presence. Prior to that, she led the PerformPlus team, significantly expanding Desjardins’s footprint among small businesses.
With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Amy is widely respected for her strategic insight, inclusive leadership and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
