WISE Trust is proud to welcome Trevor Cartlidge to the leadership team as Chief Pension Officer and Vice-President, Funding and Innovation, effective Sept. 9, 2025. Cartlidge brings over 25 years of pension leadership experience, including roles at Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario, Ontario Pension Board and Willis Towers Watson.
Trevor will lead funding strategy, actuarial oversight and innovation in pension service delivery, to support WISE Trust’s vision to evolve its pension promise and drive value for members today and into the future. This new role marks a strategic evolution in WISE Trust’s leadership team and organizational design.
