Ceridian launches video EAP counselling

Ceridian’s LifeWorks employee assistance program (EAP) is now offering video counselling for participants who are unable to attend in-person sessions.

Concerns about stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and parenting skills can now be addressed through the use of video counselling.

“Video counselling is a valuable and convenient tool for accessing EAP services that can have a positive impact on individuals, their family and their community at large,” says Mary Jane Konstantin, senior-vice president of LifeWorks, Ceridian.

“We’ll be able to reach people in rural areas, those who have long commutes and those whose situations make it difficult for them to attend face-to-face counselling sessions. All sessions are private, confidential and secure, and meet the same level of service excellence as a face-to-face referral.”

Video counselling through the LifeWorks EAP is accessible to couples, families, partners or spouses, and children of employees of eligible EAP participants.
