In a virtual format on Oct. 26, Benefits Canada‘s inaugural Future of Work Summit brought together key industry leaders to discuss pressing human resources issues.
The event featured a panel discussion digging into the results of the sophomore Future of Work Survey, covering topics such as attraction and retention, returning to the work site and the evolution of employee well-being, all against the backdrop of the rapidly changing workplace environment. It also included a session highlighting the health and well-being needs of millennial employees and the evolution of artificial intelligence in HR.
