CloudMD Software & Services Inc. is beefing up its offerings via the recent acquisitions of HumanaCare Organizational Resources Inc., Medical Confidence Inc. and Aspiria Corp.
The Vancouver virtual health-care company acquired HumanaCare, an integrated, employee assistance services solution providing physical and mental-health support for plan members and their family, earlier this month.

It also recently acquired Medical Confidence, a health-care navigation platform that aims to help employers and insurers realize lower absenteeism, as well as improved return-to-work outcomes, through personalized health and wellness care plans and improved access to health-care resources.
And its third acquisition of 2021 is Aspiria, a digital health company focused on providing integrated, employee and student assistance services, which has a comprehensive suite of mental-health and wellness solutions for employer and educational sectors.
