Hub International Ltd. is acquiring TRG Group Benefits and Pensions Inc., an employee benefits consultancy based in Vancouver.
Rob Taylor, managing director of TRG, will be executive vice-president of employee benefits at Hub.

Hub International has been expanding its employee benefits assets in Canada, acquiring 13 employee benefits and pension brokerages since 2018. It has established seven new offices and plans to open more than 10 additional offices.
