Meridian Credit Union is appointing Jennifer Stassen as senior well-being and retirement specialist.
In her new role, Stassen will contribute to advancing Meridian’s well-being, benefits and pension strategy to deliver on the commitment of fostering a supportive, healthy and balanced environment, according to a press release.

Stassen previously worked at Niagara Casinos, where she held a series of progressively senior roles, including benefits and total rewards specialist, benefits coordinator and recruitment coordinator.
“As we navigate an evolving economic environment, prioritizing employees by providing them with the programs, tools and resources to stay well and increase their financial confidence is a top focus for our team,” said Lisa Dearling, senior manager of benefits and well-being at Meridian, in the release. “Jenn’s experience implementing plan design changes through detailed project planning, strategizing and collaborating with internal and external partners will accelerate the delivery of these objectives.”
