Morneau Shepell’s updated app broadens EFAP support access

Morneau Shepell has updated its My EAP app to allow employees and their family members to book employee and family assistance program (EFAP) support services on their mobile device.

“This service is unique to our industry and totally changes the landscape of EFAP support access,” says Barb Veder, vice-president, clinical services, and research lead, with Morneau Shepell.

“Our clients can book confidential support services with the utmost of convenience and ease of access—without jeopardizing privacy.”

My EAP also allows instant and private connections with a professional counsellor via online chat.

The app is available for Apple iOS, Google Android and BlackBerry OS devices.
