Hub International acquiring London, Ont.-based Zavitz Insurance

Hub International Ltd. is acquiring London, Ont.-based Zavitz Insurance & Wealth Inc.

Zavitz Insurance provides group employee benefits, living benefits, life insurance services and financial and retirement planning. The organization is the latest acquisition by Hub over the last few years.

Last month, Hub acquired Oakville, Ont.-based Mitchell Sandham. In 2021, it acquired Vancouver’s Rogersworks Inc., Calgary-based Wessex Financial Inc. And in 2020, the organization acquired Edmonton-based Benefex Consulting Inc., Quebec-based Azur Consulting Services Inc., Toronto-based Usefulideas, and HB Consultants as well as Edmonton-based Clearpoint Benefits Solutions.
