Digital human resources company Rise People Inc. is launching a national partnership program that allows it to offer its integrated human resources, insurance, group benefits and pension product through consultants and advisory firms across Canada.
The company noted it aims to combine its technology expertise with advice from consultants, such as Granville West Group in Vancouver; Davis Benefits and Pensions Ltd. in Surrey, B.C.; Lane Quinn Benefit Consultants in Calgary; Benefex Consulting Inc. in Edmonton; and Hull Clearwater Pension and Benefits Inc. in Toronto.

The firms are early participants in the program, which will allow them to bundle their own insurance and human resources solutions with Rise People’s digital human resources and payroll platform. The partnerships aim to save time, eliminate redundancies and improve employee retention and satisfaction for employers. “This partner program will open up an entirely new level of services that was previously unavailable to the partners’ clients,” said Brigitte Parent, a board advisor at Rise People, in a news release.
Rise People launched its online platform in June 2017, although it offered human resources, benefits and payroll services on separate channels before then. It’s also in talks with insurance carriers to investigate the development of a mobile product to bring together human resources and benefits matters for plan members, the news release noted.
