The Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan is appointing Bruce Crane as executive managing director and head of Asia-Pacific, effective immediately.

He will lead investment activities and portfolio management across the Ontario Teachers’ offices in Hong Kong, Mumbai and Singapore. Crane joined the pension fund in 2020 as its first employee in the Singapore office. In the new role, he succeeds Ben Chan, who retired earlier this month.
