Over the past three years, employers around the globe have been facing unprecedented levels of change, driving innovative thinking as they transform their workplace policies and programs to meet the evolving needs of employees.
Is your organization at the forefront of this change? Are you stepping up your financial wellness initiatives to help employees through today’s difficult economic reality? Are you leading the way in supporting your employees’ mental health or implementing an award-worthy diversity, equity and inclusion strategy?
If so, your organization deserves recognition! Benefits Canada‘s annual Workplace Benefits Awards is officially open for nominations.
As in previous years, the 2023 awards will continue to honour the achievements of exceptional Canadian benefits and pension plan sponsors. The awards will be presented during the 2023 Healthy Outcomes Conference — an event designed for employers and taking place in Toronto on Oct. 20. Entrants will be invited to register, alongside previous Workplace Benefits Awards entrants, finalists and winners, to exchange ideas, best practices and tools for achieving improved employee health outcomes and enhanced organizational performance.
As many Canadian employers face challenges attracting and retaining employees, a comprehensive and thoughtful strategy to approach the future of work will be key. This year, Benefits Canada is launching a brand-new category: the Future of Work Strategy award, which recognizes an organization that has developed an innovative and effective strategy for supporting employees as the workplace changes.
